About Erica – 20 years of experience in different avenues of real estate (Interior Design/New Construction, Project Management, and Residential Sales), pride is shown when helping clients discover a place they’d love to live.
A Navy Veteran and Real Estate Agent (full-time) who’s lived in Phoenix since 2004. Working in all areas of the Valley, she specializes in helping Buyers and Sellers from Starter Homes to Luxury Homes, in addition to Military/Veterans. She can also represent you in the purchase and negotiations of New Construction homes in the Phoenix Valley. A passion for the architectural design of a home, its interior style, and having things organized and in place with attention to all the details. In 2002, she began working for two home builders in Southern California to learn the financial side as well as the Project Management of building New Construction homes. In 2014, she received her Real Estate license and became a Phoenix REALTOR® and continues helping make the dream of homeownership possible.
Family – A proud mother to 5 kids ranging from 12 to 20. Her husband Brian is a Varsity D-Line and Strength/Conditioning Coach/Teacher at Liberty High School in Peoria. She enjoys family time, kids’ sports, working out, and lots of football year-round. Volunteering for the Senior and Veteran community over the years has been a passion of hers. She would be honored to guide you in whichever stage of life you find yourself in whether buying, selling, or investing for your family, friends, and ones closest to you. 75% of her sales are referrals and/or repeat clients – which is the greatest accomplishment/ compliment in the industry!
